Senior Business Development Representative who will play a key role in building and scaling outbound sales efforts from the ground up, interacting with senior decision-makers across various industries.
Requirements
- 3 to 6+ years of experience as a BDR or SDR in outbound, high-volume sales environments
- Demonstrated success booking meetings with senior executives, preferably in non-tech or traditional industries
- Advanced English proficiency, both spoken and written
- Strong work ethic, consistency, and resilience in outbound sales
- Ability and willingness to work fully on-site in MedellĂn, Monday through Friday
- Track record of meeting or exceeding quotas, supported by references
- Experience selling into the US market
