We are hiring Senior Business Development Representatives who will play a key role in building and scaling outbound sales efforts from the ground up.
Requirements
- 3 to 6+ years of experience as a BDR or SDR in outbound, high-volume sales environments.
- Demonstrated success booking meetings with senior executives, preferably in non-tech or traditional industries.
- Advanced English proficiency, both spoken and written.
- Strong work ethic, consistency, and resilience in outbound sales.
- Ability and willingness to work fully on-site in MedellĂn, Monday through Friday.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding quotas, supported by references.
