Our Client is a Series C start-up that provides a digital wholesale management platform to recognized brands and retailers. They are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to resolve high volumes of support tickets and maintain an in-depth understanding of their evolving SaaS product suite.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of customer service/ technical support experience
- Proficiency with support tools like Zendesk, Datadog, Postman, Github and project management tools like Jira
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
