Requirements
- Fluent English written and spoken
- Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience, in a quota-carrying sales or business development role, ideally within the telecom, tech, or SaaS
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets
- Experience leading and closing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles lasting 6+ months
- Demonstrated success in engaging and selling to C-level executives (CxOs)
- Strong drive to learn, succeed, and lead by example
- Exceptional presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong emotional intelligence (EQ), with the ability to empathize, negotiate, and resolve challenges effectively
- Proficiency in managing full sales cycles through CRM tools and lead prospecting through social media and sales intelligence tools
- Highly organized, self-motivated, process-driven and with a strong forecasting discipline
- Ability to adapt and iterate sales approaches in a fast-paced startup environment
