1GLOBAL is a technology-driven global mobile communications provider seeking a Technical Product Manager to define and evolve its footprint and network steering capabilities across a fast-growing global connectivity platform. The role involves owning product direction, working closely with engineering, operations, and commercial stakeholders, and improving service quality, operational control, and margin.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in telecom, connectivity, roaming, or other network-led platforms
- Working knowledge of SIM/eSIM lifecycle concepts, OTA updates, and Remote SIM Provisioning flows
- Proven experience owning complex products end to end, from discovery and requirements through launch and operational rollout
- Experience working closely with engineering, operations, and support teams to resolve production issues and improve platform performance
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align technical, operational, and commercial priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field
