Store Operations Coordinator (Cape Town based)

The Store Operations Coordinator role involves project planning, delivery, and management to ensure deliverables are met. Key responsibilities include leading execution of strategic customer engagements, managing multiple customer engagements, and developing key relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven project experience of retail store systems (Networks, POS) and operations advantageous
• Managed complex projects solving challenging business problems for clients
• Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
• Outstanding organizational skill with an ability to manage competing client demands
• Experience working with a multifaceted team to scope and plan engagements
• Degree in Computer Science, Business, or similar field
