1Password is seeking a Director of Field Marketing to build and scale a revenue pioneering field marketing team that delivers measurable pipeline, accelerates sales cycles, and strengthens relationships with our most strategic accounts.
Requirements
- 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, with deep expertise in field, experiential, or regional marketing.
- Experience within a Cybersecurity SaaS company.
- Proven ability to design and scale repeatable field programs that align with enterprise sales motions.
- Demonstrated success running high-touch executive events that generate pipeline and deepen customer engagement.
- Strategic thinker with strong operational discipline who is able to move seamlessly between big-picture planning and flawless execution.
- Deep understanding of enterprise security or SaaS markets, and familiarity with buyer personas across IT, security, and C-suite.
- Highly collaborative, cross-functional leader who thrives working with sales, partnerships, and executives.
- Data-driven and outcome-oriented, with a focus on measurable business results.
- Willingness to travel frequently (25â40%) to oversee major activations.
