We're looking for a Manager, Business Development to lead a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) responsible for generating high-quality opportunities across a defined segment. The role combines coaching, process optimization, and collaboration across go-to-market functions.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in SaaS, with proven success leading or scaling BDR/SDR teams, or experience progressing from a BDR/SDR role into closing and leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team while fostering accountability and continuous growth.
- Strong results orientation with a focus on achieving targets, driving pipeline generation, and delivering measurable outcomes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to provide clear direction and constructive feedback.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to build strong partnerships across Sales, Marketing, and other GTM teams.
