Manager IT, Enterprise Tools

1Password is growing faster than ever. We’re looking for a Manager, Enterprise Tools to lead the team responsible for 1Password’s core collaboration and productivity ecosystem. The role will involve setting strategy and priorities for enterprise tools and workflow automation, driving AI enablement strategy, and building a high-performing Enterprise Tools team.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience managing high-performing IT professionals.
• 6+ years of experience in IT.
• Experience leading and developing a team of IT engineers or technical ICs responsible for enterprise collaboration and productivity platforms, integrations, and workflow automation.
• Experience providing technical leadership and decision-making guidance across tools such as Slack, Notion, Google Workspace, Zoom, Asana, ChatGPT, and similar platforms, even when not hands-on.
• Experience designing, supporting, and governing cross-system integrations and automation workflows that scale across the organization.
• Track record of setting strategy, planning roadmaps, and driving delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives while scaling systems and team capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to make structured decisions around platform configuration, access models, vendor management, AI feature considerations, and governance standards.
• Demonstrated ability to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing remote team environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
