Accounting Services Senior Associate

We're 1Source Partners, a trusted partner in accounting, tax, and advisory services. Our fast-paced environment provides personalized services to businesses and individuals, and we're looking for a Senior Accountant to oversee and maintain general ledgers, perform account reconciliations, and prepare financial statements for clients.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of public accounting or relevant experience at a Big 4 or large accounting firm
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field
• CPA-eligible or currently working towards CPA certification
• Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
• Strong ability to manage client relationships independently and proactively
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and handling seasonal workloads, particularly during year-end and tax season
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both clients and team members
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Detail-oriented and analytical, with a keen ability to identify discrepancies and resolve issues efficiently
