F&B Manager / South or Eastern European

We are seeking an experienced F&B Manager to oversee the hotel's food and beverage operations, ensuring the highest level of service is delivered to guests at all times.

Requirements

• Develop and implement F&B strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Monitor and manage all F&B outlets to ensure they operate efficiently and effectively.
• Develop and maintain relationships with guests to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
• Lead and develop a team of F&B professionals to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop menus that meet guest needs and exceed expectations.
• Manage the inventory and ordering of all F&B supplies and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase revenue and improve guest satisfaction.
