Requirements
- Develop and implement F&B strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Monitor and manage all F&B outlets to ensure they operate efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and maintain relationships with guests to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Lead and develop a team of F&B professionals to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop menus that meet guest needs and exceed expectations.
- Manage the inventory and ordering of all F&B supplies and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase revenue and improve guest satisfaction.
