F&B Restaurant Manager / South or Eastern European

We are seeking an experienced F&B Restaurant Manager to join our client's team in a 5-star hotel in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the hotel's restaurant operations and ensuring the highest level of service is delivered to guests at all times.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a 5-star hotel
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and train staff
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
