Job Description
1st Lake Properties is seeking a skilled and dependable HVAC / AC Technician to join our maintenance team. As an AC Technician, you’ll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining air conditioning and heating systems, ensuring all HVAC equipment is operating safely and efficiently.
Requirements
- EPA certification to work with refrigerant
- Minimum 2 years of HVAC experience
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Tools and reliable transportation
- Ability to participate in an on-call rotation
