Job Description
Seeking an experienced AC Maintenance Technician to join the team at Bella Ridge South apartment community to provide excellent service to residents and keep the community running smoothly.
Requirements
- Experience in apartment maintenance or a related field
- Knowledge of basic repairs and troubleshooting
- Ability to work on-call as needed
- Certification to work with refrigerant
