Provides clients with friendly service and meets financial needs by completing transactions and uncovering other opportunities to promote additional services.
Requirements
- Processes banking center transactions
- Greets clients and identifies client needs
- Answers client inquiries and resolves less complex issues
- Builds client loyalty and establishes client relationships
- Consistently delivers exceptional customer service
- Adheres to established bank policies and procedures
- Participates in retail sales programs
- Assists Manager with audits, reporting and scheduling
- Provides transaction overrides and assistance to less experienced CSRs
- Demonstrates appropriate levels of interpersonal skills
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
