Job Description
We're looking for a Senior Commercial Counsel to join our growing Legal team, responsible for commercial legal work, including contract lifecycle, deal structure, and partnering with various departments to move the business forward.
Requirements
- J.D. with an active license to practice law in the United States
- 15+ years of experience in product liability, regulatory, or technology law
- Experience advising on safety-critical systems (e.g., robotics, autonomous vehicles, aviation, medical devices, or consumer hardware)
- Strong understanding of AI/ML systems, cybersecurity risks, or complex technical products
- Experience supporting incident response, investigations, or safety-related disputes
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, legal, and executive teams
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-moving, and novel technical environments
