Requirements
- Develop and maintain production documentation including harness routing guides, tie-off specifications, assembly instructions, and test procedures
- Define, implement, and enforce harness routing standards, tie-off locations, and termination requirements on every robot coming off the line
- Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and process engineering teams to validate harness fit, routing paths, and mechanical clearances on the production floor
- Work closely with supply chain and contract manufacturers to qualify suppliers, improve yield, reduce cost, and scale production
- Support prototype builds, first article inspections, and manufacturing line bring-up through hands-on involvement
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action for harness-related defects found during assembly, integration, or field operation
- Drive DFM (Design for Manufacturability) and DFS (Design for Serviceability) improvements across the harness portfolio
