Job Description
2020 Companies has a full-time remote Sales Trainer opportunity for a passionate and experienced sales training professional. The Sales Trainer will deliver an engaging and effective training program, create resources, and support the readiness requirements of the sales team.
Requirements
- Responsible for the training and development of sales personnel on product knowledge, sales tool usage, sales skills, etc.
- Effectively develop customized sales training for multiple clients and sales channels as well as new tools/programs to accelerate the learning curve of sales staff
- Accurately present compliance-related new hire orientation materials and appropriate mentoring program to newly-hired sales team members
- Conduct in-field observations to identify opportunities of improvement or areas of excellence; report findings to Training Manager and Sales Supervisor/Manager as appropriate
- Perform all other duties as assigned
