Job Description
2020 Companies is hiring a full-time remote Workday System Administrator to support the administration and optimization of the Workday platform across various modules. Key responsibilities include security maintenance, business process configuration, integration support, and report creation with a focus on data integrity and troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years' experience with Workday in an administration role
- Experience with Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Recruiting, Learning, Journeys, and Help
- Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize as business needs change
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Self-motivated and well-adapted to meet deadlines with speed, accuracy, and professional attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to work with technical and non-technical end-users
