Director, Operations

Director, Operations at 24 Hour Home Care leads a multi-site business unit delivering non-clinical care services, with full regional accountability for growth, performance, and operational execution. The role drives business outcomes through leadership of senior operators, ownership of financial performance, and deployment of scalable operating models.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive operations leadership experience
• Experience leading leaders within layered organizations and driving performance at scale
• Strong background in business planning, financial oversight, and performance management
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and operating model design
• Experience in healthcare, home care, disability services, or similar service-based environments preferred
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Operations, or related field preferred
