Senior Manager, Operations

24 Hour Home Care is seeking a Senior Manager, Operations to lead multi-site operations and drive referral-to-admission growth by improving conversion rates and operational readiness. The ideal candidate will have a background in healthcare administration and experience in operations leadership, with a strong focus on data-driven decision making and performance management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior $5-25M P&L responsibility
• 5+ years of progressive operations leadership experience in healthcare, service delivery, or related operational environments
• Experience managing multi-site operations or large operational teams
• Strong familiarity with operational metrics, workflow optimization, and performance management
