Maintenance Technician (East Bay)

2B Living is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Maintenance Technician who embodies the company's core values of solving hard problems, growing courageously, and rowing together. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing common property, performing in-unit maintenance services, and assisting with emergency response efforts.

Requirements

• Familiarity with plumbing, troubleshooting leaks, and troubleshooting electrical issues
• Team player, well-organized, and flexible
• HVAC certification preferred but not required
• Plumbing certification preferred but not required
• Valid license and vehicle
• 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in a residential setting
• Ability to work on-call as needed
