Job Description
2B Living is a best-in-class property management firm seeking a dedicated and resourceful Maintenance Technician. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing common property and in-unit maintenance services, while embodying 2B Living's core values of solving hard problems, growing courageously, and rowing together.
Requirements
- Familiarity with plumbing, troubleshooting leaks, and troubleshooting electrical issues
- Team player, well-organized, and flexible
- HVAC certification preferred but not required
- Plumbing certification preferred but not required
- Valid license and vehicle
- 2 years working as a Maintenance Technician in a residential setting such as apartments or condos
