Job Description
2B Living is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair common property and in-unit maintenance services. The Maintenance Technician will be available for emergencies and overtime to complete projects and meet deadlines.
Requirements
- Perform general residential-related work orders as assigned
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical outlets or circuits
- Troubleshoot leaks and repair or replace plumbing fixtures
- Perform carpentry work such as installing baseboards and repairing cabinetry
- Procure, load, unload, and move materials
- Assist in the performance of preventive maintenance work orders
- Provide light HVAC duties
- Maintain preparedness for emergency response to flood, fire, power outage, earthquake, and other disasters
