Requirements

• Technical knowledge of software architecture and scalable system design
• Experience leading technically teams of development
• Experience working in the cloud (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Management of SQL and/or NoSQL databases
• Knowledge in observability (logs, metrics, tracing)
• Applied security practices in development
• Critical thinking and decision-making under uncertainty
• Product mindset and understanding of business impact
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical profiles
