Licensed Practical Nurse - Addiction Treatment

2nd Chance Clinic is seeking a full-time Nurse to be part of our clinic team in Lexington, Kentucky. The Nurse will be responsible for various duties including patient interaction, medication management, and office administration.

Requirements

• LPN license in the State of Kentucky
• 1-2 years experience in methadone treatment preferred
• Phlebotomy experience preferred
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Social perceptiveness and service oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and patient management software
• Exemplary attention to detail
