Licensed Practical Nurse - Addiction Treatment

2nd Chance Clinic is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join their team in Lexington, Kentucky. The nurse will be responsible for patient interaction, medication administration, and coordination of patient care with providers.

Requirements

• LPN license in the State of Kentucky
• 1-2 years experience in methadone treatment preferred
• Phlebotomy experience preferred
