Job Description
We are seeking a Director, Financial Planning and Analysis to support high-impact, cross-functional initiatives across the business. This includes evaluating new initiatives, supporting business case development, driving financial modeling, and surfacing insights that inform company-wide decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related field, with 5+ years in a leadership role
- Demonstrated experience managing and developing high-performing teams
- Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate financial insights
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills
