We are looking for a Senior Academic Manager to lead and develop a team of Academic Managers, Lead Academic Managers, and Head Managing Instructors, ensuring the overall success of their portfolios and driving process improvement initiatives. The role requires strategic leadership, people leadership, and process optimization skills.
Requirements
- At least 5+ years of progressive work experience in academic management, educational leadership, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
- Extensive experience in process improvement and implementing operational efficiencies.
- Demonstrated ability to drive strategic initiatives and achieve measurable outcomes.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and effective teaching practices.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all organisational levels.
