Requirements
- Own the day-to-day marketing strategy and execution for the edX platform
- Drive growth in platform traffic, learner acquisition, and conversion
- Build the internal marketing capability for the platform
- Define the team structure and partner with CMO in hiring key roles
- Lead SEO and organic discovery strategy for the platform
- Manage the annual paid media budget focused on efficient learner acquisition
- Establish lifecycle marketing programs that move learners from discovery to enrollment
- Partner with product and analytics teams to drive experimentation and performance measurement
