Job Description
The 3 BREWERS are recruiting a Brewery Counsellor for their microbrewery restaurants in Quebec and Ontario. The role involves ensuring the quality of products, technical support for brewers, and contributing to the performance and development of their beer offer.
Requirements
- Significant experience as a brewer or master brewer
- Excellent mastery of brewing procedures
- Solid knowledge of quality control
- Good understanding of operational issues in the restaurant industry
- Familiarity with computer tools
- Bilingual French/English
- Valid driver's license (frequent travel in Quebec and Ontario)
