Solventum is a new healthcare company that enables better, smarter, safer healthcare to improve lives. As a Clinical Development Analyst, you will develop inpatient and outpatient coding content, code/modify client records, and utilize your coding background and knowledge to enhance client experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher including and (4) four years of hospital inpatient coding experience in a private, public, government, or military environment
• OR High School Diploma/GED from AND (8) eight years of hospital inpatient coding experience in a private, public, government or military environment
• AND AHIMA Coding Certification (e.g. RHIA, RHIT, CCS)
• Proficiency with the ICD-10-CM coding system
• Proficiency with the PCS coding system
• Proven experience providing good communication and problem solving in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledgeable of new trends in clinical management and health information systems for clinical and physician services areas
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent problem solving, analytical and organizational skills
• Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to maintain a positive attitude in a team environment
• Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
