Intraday Coordinator

Role Overview

As a member of the Workforce Management Team, an Intraday Coordinator is responsible for implementing and managing Workforce Management (WFM) process, including intraday real-time monitoring and analysis of agent activities.

What You Will Do

Supports day-to-day operations of a World Class Customer Operations Centre, performs functions managing key performance metrics, and manages and responds to multiple support channels.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in a workforce management role
• Completion of Business Administration Diploma or Equivalent
• Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
• General understanding and operational knowledge of all systems used for our business
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
• Exceptional business writing and verbal communication skills
• Detailed oriented and excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills
• Commitment to the 407 ETR corporate values of excellence and integrity
• Ability to mentor and support others
• Ability to identify, evaluate, and take initiative consistently
