Requirements

• Currently enrolled or completed a post-secondary program in Information Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Exposure to various end user technologies and operating systems (MAC, Windows, Android, IOS)
• Technical knowledge of End User Applications (Office 365, Active Directory)
• Basic understanding of Information Security Principles and Practices
• Familiarity and comfort with customer service management
• Interest in analytics, reporting, or data‐driven decision‐making
• Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
