We are looking for a People & Culture Coordinator to work with our HR Manager and help maintain a positive and involved work environment. The role involves managing administrative HR tasks, organizing events and recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Requirements

- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role with knowledge of HR; Dutch labor law (experience in hospitality is a plus)
- Has at least a MBO, but preferably a bachelor's degree (preferably in HR, psychology, labor law, communication or business administration)
- Speaks fluent Dutch and English
