Job Description
Floe is a rapidly growing climatetech startup seeking a Business Operations (BizOps) professional to partner directly with the leadership team on revenue growth, go-to-market strategy, partnerships, and operational scaling. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys ambiguity and wants hands-on experience building and refining real GTM and operating systems.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience working in finance, operations, strategy, or business analytics
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Comfortable working with imperfect data, ambiguity, and real-world constraints
- Able to operate independently and manage multiple workstreams in parallel
- Clear, concise communicator who can translate analysis into practical recommendations and action
