Requirements
- Sort, file, retrieve, maintain and collate medical records and information
- Process requests for medical records
- Respond to staff e-mails regarding medical record needs
- Log and process all correspondence and records requests
- Examine medical records for completeness
- Destroy medical records
- Enter information into the computer
- Answer telephone calls
- Assist in assembling documentation for audits
- Cross train and rotate critical jobs
