Job Description
River Valley Family Health Centers is seeking a Medical Records Clerk to manage patient health information in a community clinic setting, ensuring accuracy, organization, and confidentiality of medical records.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Bilingual skills is preferred
- Ability to maintain positive working relationships with team members, patients, families, and others
- Ability to utilize a computer for time keeping, documenting electronic medical records, and to complete follow-up tasks
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to travel between clinics as needed
