Job Description
The Business Support Officer will provide focused clerical support to the Compliance & Strategy Team, managing the Subject Access Service, producing files for solicitors and legal reviews, and providing customer service to clients.
Requirements
- GCSE standard education
- Experience of working in a busy multi-disciplinary environment
- Experience of working with members of the public on the telephone or in person
- Good basic understanding of a Local Authority's role in meeting housing need in its area, and relevant housing legislation
