Job Description
The Service Support Officer is responsible for providing effective and efficient administrative support across the Childrens Services division, providing reception desk services, and ensuring excellent customer care for all visitors and callers.
Requirements
- Provide administrative functions, maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of the legal framework, and providing information and guidance on processes and procedures.
- Update complex information systems, ensuring accurate and reliable data.
- Provide reception services, ensuring quality customer care for all visitors and directing callers to appropriate services.
- Deal with children, young people, and families who are facing difficulties and can sometimes present challenging behavior, in a sensitive and professional manner.
- Organise meetings, taking and distributing/uploading notes, and dealing with incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
