Co-ordinate and lead on internal and external recruitment campaigns for Childrens Services, promoting roles effectively and onboarding successful candidates in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Develop, design, and run recruitment campaigns
- Process recruitment requests and ensure adverts are well written
- Use ATS to its full advantage and provide coaching to hiring managers
- Ensure all approved roles are dealt with in a timely manner
- Write compelling job advertisements and support hiring managers
- Progress candidates and applicants through the system
- Ensure recruitment processes are based on best practice and deliver an inclusive approach
- Undertake pre-employment checks and the onboarding process
- Run reports from the ATS and be a super user of the system
