Early and New Careers Development Lead

The Early and New Careers Development Lead will manage the design and delivery of an Early and New Careers pilot for the Planning and Growth department, promoting the council's employer brand and attracting early careers talent. The role will also develop and co-ordinate the delivery of a 6 month pilot for the recruitment of interns, apprentices and graduates, and design approaches to recruitment and selection.
