Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the Student Management Team in providing administrative support to Higher Education Qualification based programmes. Key responsibilities include pre-term activities planning, events, workshop/PAL, orientation, and graduation/completion process for students.
Requirements
- Minimum degree with at least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Strong leadership skills and able to supervise and mentor staff
- Ability to work independently and as well as part of a team
- Self-motivated, resourceful, versatile and result-oriented
- Able to think critically and analyse and solve problems
- Preferably bilingual with good command of spoken and written English
- IT savvy and technically competent with systems
