Manage complex international calendars, team space, and travel arrangements for Senior Leadership Team. Assist with team engagement activities and provide support to the organization.

Requirements

• Manage complex, international calendars and scheduling
• Management of team space, including moves, reconfigurations and new hiring on-boarding spaces
• Manage International travels for Senior Leadership Team visits
• Manage expense report coordination and submission
• Organise, execute and assist with team engagement activities
• Work closely with the leadership team, finance partners and other Executive Assistants
