Manage complex international calendars, team space, and travel arrangements for Senior Leadership Team. Assist with team engagement activities and provide support to the organization.
Requirements
- Manage complex, international calendars and scheduling
- Management of team space, including moves, reconfigurations and new hiring on-boarding spaces
- Manage International travels for Senior Leadership Team visits
- Manage expense report coordination and submission
- Organise, execute and assist with team engagement activities
- Work closely with the leadership team, finance partners and other Executive Assistants
