Perform tasks based on standard operating procedures, ensure smooth and safe running of Centre, and deliver exceptional Guest Experience.

Requirements

• Diploma holders
• Preferably at least two years relevant experience in service/tourism industry
• Candidate with retail experience is an advantage
• Leadership and supervisory skills
• Flexibility to work shift patterns (including weekends and public holidays)
• Confident and resourceful
• Passionate about guest experience and enjoy working with children
• Pleasant and courteous attitude, with strong communication skills
• Able to multitask, meticulous and a problem solver
• Good command of written and spoken English. Proficient in other languages will be an added advantage.
