HR Executive

Manage HR management system, recruitment activities, employee data, HR policies, and procedures. Work closely with operations supervisors/managers to implement HR programmes and processes.

Requirements

• Manage HR Management System and ensure accuracy of employee data
• Perform full aspect of recruitment activities
• Conduct exit interviews, analyse turnover trends with recommendations
• Process work pass applications/renewals/cancellations
• Handle enquiries from employees on HR policies and practices
• Manage monthly uniforms inventory, distribute uniforms and safety boots to employees
• Review and update employee handbook, job descriptions, HR policies and procedures
• Manage absentee payroll claim for the trainings attended
• Organise employees recognition and celebration activities
• Participate in ad-hoc HR projects & initiatives and other HR administration as assigned
