We're looking for a Learning and Development Manager to join our Practice Hub Team. The position will serve as an owner of the onboarding experience and continuing education for Practice Hub Teams and external clinic staff.
Requirements
- Three years of experience in designing instructional content
- Three years of experience delivering training programs and/or educational programs
- Proficient in Articulate Rise, Storyline, Camtasia and/or Adobe Suites
- Familiar with the ADDIE model for content creation
- Familiar with working in a Learning Management System (preferred Cornerstone but not required)
- Demonstrates strong experience in facilitation with knowledge of adult learning theory
- Able to lead and develop new hire trainees through the onboarding experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and able to effectively communicate with a diverse set of stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into action and drive successful outcomes
- Well-versed in training, facilitation deliverables
- Proficient with Microsoft office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word etc.)
