Logistics Executive (Administrator)

Planning and managing logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services. Coordinate and track movement of goods through logistic pathways. Ensuring process control are established and adhered to handle stock movement and inventory control according to procedures and work instruction. Maintains quality throughout the logistic processes. Coordinates with internal & external parties on logistics process & documentation preparation. Ensure daily cycle count activity is carried out to maintain stock accuracy.

Requirements

• At least a Bachelor's Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or equivalent
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
• Computer literate, good knowledge of MS Office operation, Excel & etc
• Effective communicator: Strong written, verbal & interpersonal communication skills & leadership
• Organised and able to effectively prioritise & execute tasks while under pressure in a fast paced environment
