Job Description
Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for the active requisition of employees through a well-managed recruitment process, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, and HR operations.
Requirements
- Hold a qualification from an accredited institution
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Proven ability to look beyond candidates profiles, to look into their undiscovered potential
- Experience in both in-house recruitment and executive search firm
- Familiarity in a coworking real estate environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
