The Compensation Analyst, Senior will serve as a subject matter expert in compensation analysis and administration, assisting in the development, implementation, and ongoing management of domestic and international compensation programs and policies. The role will lead market pricing and benchmarking efforts, maintain and update salary structures, and oversee the administration of annual compensation processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in compensation analysis and administration
- Experience with survey participation, market pricing, and benchmarking
- Experience with salary structure maintenance, grade changes, and geographic differentials
- Experience in government contracting environments
- Experience with annual merit process, including budget setting
- Experience with compensation tools such as MarketPay or Workday Advanced Compensation
- Experience using AI-enabled platforms or tools to support analysis, decision-making, or process optimization
- Experience using Microsoft excel for advanced data modeling and analytics
- Knowledge of DCAA compliance
- Bachelor’s degree
